Day 1

Drink your Limeade/lemonade throughout the day

 Leave your bread rolls out to dry up (covered if you like) for later on in Phase II

Before Breakfast

Breakfast

Soaked Grain Porridge

 

Snack

One-two cups veggie water, saved from steamed vegetables you cooked for lunch. Add a little sea salt or kelp and drink slowly, mixing each mouthful with saliva.

Take 5 tablets Proteolytic enzymes (optional)

Lunch

Steam a good mix of vegetables. Have one-two medium bowls of the steamed vegetables, add butter or olive oil. Chew each bite at least 30 times and mix well with saliva.

 

Snack

One-two cups veggie water, saved from steamed vegetables. Add a little sea salt or kelp and drink slowly, mixing each mouthful with saliva.

 

 

Remember, Drink Limeade/lemonade throughout the day

Dinner

Make Miso soup (see recipe) with steamed vegetables in the veggie water (or regular water), with a few piece of tofu or tempeh. Add 2 tsp. of grounded flax seed to your soup.

 

Before Bed

Take 5 tablets Proteolytic enzymes (optional)

Day 2

Remember to drink Limeade/lemonade throughout the day

Before Breakfast

Do sea salt flush or drink 1 tsp. of sea salt in a cup of water 30 minutes before breakfast.(Repeat  Day 1 "Before Breakfast routine)

Have a glass of whey protein mixed with water, or fresh vegetable juice or veggie water, and grade B maple syrup or stevia
