Day 3-7

 

Before Breakfast

If your bowel is not working well, drink 1 tsp. of sea salt in a cup of water 30 minutes before breakfast.OPTIONAL: Dry brush your skin and pumice your feet (hands if needed) in the showerSoak in Aztec Healing Clay per instructions on the bottle.  Drink 1-2 glasses of distilled water1 glass of whey protein shake. Chew your drink well.

 

Breakfast

     

  • Relax for a moment, sitting (this leaves way for parastalsis or intestinal movement among other things).  Then, take a small bite of dry bread roll.  Chew until it has become a paste, well mixed with saliva.
  • Place one teaspoon of live cultured yogurt (or Whey protein shake) into your mouth in with the chewed bread.  (you haven't swallowed the mixture yet).
  • Chew this mixture a few more times (a total of 50 chews per bite), then swallow.
  • Continue this until the bread roll is fully consumed.

Take 1/4 tub of Bio K + probiotics (increase to 1/2 tub after day 4, and increase to
full tub after day 6; continue Bio K+ at this rate till you consume all your tubs)

Snack


An herbal cleansing tea, such as Amazon Herb or A.M. Detox tea.

Lunch


Same as Breakfast, followed with lightly cooked (or steamed) vegetables with a small vegetarian, meal. (after 1st day on phase II, you can gradually introduce non-oily fish or chicken, small amount at a time). Avoid any liquid during the meal.

Snack


Have a glass of whey protein mixed with water, or veggie water, and grade B maple syrup/stevia

 

Dinner

Same as Breakfast, followed with cooked (steamed) vegetables.  An herb tea can be taken 30 minutes later.
