Phase I (Do this phase for one or two days) In phase I, we reduce digestive action and focus our energy on the natural detoxification process of the body. You can either do a pure lemonade cleanse (drink the special cleansing lemonade throughout the day) or have some light meals. Follow through the daily schedule outlined.
Phase II (Do this phase for 2-5 fun-filled days) In phase 2, we'll be following the Myre protocol, practiced by doctors and practitioners in Germany for many years. This is one of the most effective way to cleanse the whole digestive track and to re-awaken the nerve cells in your colon. We will also start building probiotics in the colon as we continue to enhance the liver detoxification by increasing glutathione. The key to success of this phase is the length of time you spend on chewing your food. This is a very important part of the cleanse. You're training your body and mind to chew properly.
